Fees Cancellation and Refund Policy

 Cancelling Account

Cancellation must be requested at minimum 10 days prior to the following renewal date. You can cancel your subscription from your account by sending an email to support@datalastic.com. Please provide your API key and the email you used to sign up for your account.

Your API key will remain valid for the period of your last payment. For example if you are charged on the 10th of March and you cancel on the 20th of March, you will not lose access until the end of your paid subscription, which would be on the 10th of April.


Subscription fees and individual purchases are non-refundable. If you disagree with this though for whichever reason, please contact us directly.

Subscription Fees

On the transaction date of the original subscription, the following months, the account of the credit card holder will automatically be charged until cancellation. As an example, if you signed up and paid on the 10th of April, your next charge will be on the 10th of May. In case there is no corresponding date in the next month, you will be charged on the last day of the month. This happens especially on February. As an example when you sign up on the 31st of January, your next charge will be on the 28th of February because this is the last day of the month. You will be charged on the 31st of the month whenever possible, and when this calendar day does not exist, you will be charged on the last day, which is the 30th or in the case of February, the 28th.

On the first month you will be given a discount which allows you to test our service at a lower rate. The following months however, the full price will be charged. These are provided during the sign-up procedure.

If we are unable to renew the subscription because of inaccurate or outdated credit card information, Datalastic may terminate the subscription and these terms. The right to have access to our services under these terms is only effective upon payment of the subscription fees. In case that the subscription fees need to be raised for subsequent subscription periods, Datalastic provides a notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the current subscription you hold.

Trial and discounted rates apply only to the initial month after which the full rate applies. Please contact us if you have any questions about the subscription fees at support@datalastic.com.
